We pick the computer up from you and bring it back, usually the same day. The trip is free. If you would rather keep it where it is, we can connect remotely instead.

Small offices in the Triad use us for day-to-day support, security, backups, and someone who will call the other vendors. We quote the monthly price before you sign.
A contract can start with a few hours a month. About 30 hours a month is enough for us to handle the IT work for a small office.
Backups are tested, not just turned on. We help your staff recognize bad email. Monitoring on each computer tells us when something is wrong, so you do not have to watch it yourself.

Multifactor authentication, endpoint protection, DNS filtering, a firewall review, guest Wi-Fi kept separate, backup of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and a short note for the staff on phishing.
Design, build, and maintain a small business site. Hosting, the domain, SSL, contact forms, and the updates that keep the site current. We will tell you when a simple site is enough.

On a Mac, open the file and install Digital One. If the Mac says it cannot be opened, right-click it and choose Open. The installer then opens Accessibility and Screen Recording. Turn on MeshAgent in both. macOS will not let us turn those on for you.
We are based in Pleasant Garden and spend most of our days in Greensboro and the towns around it.
High Point, Jamestown, and Kernersville are regular stops. So are Gibsonville, Summerfield, Oak Ridge, Whitsett, and Burlington. If you are elsewhere in Guilford County, or a little farther into the Triad, call us. We will tell you if we can be there the same day.
