No need to take your computer in for service, with our remote service a technician will remotely access your computer and fix it as if the tech was sitting at your desk. We call to talk to you about the problem, and guide you to download our remote support tool. Once you authorize the technician to log in to your PC, we take control and fix any issues you may have. Our remote support is billed hourly, at a rate of $45 per hour.
