Privacy Policy – Digital One Support

Digital One Support (the "App") is a remote support tool for customers of Digital One LLC. It connects only to Digital One's own support server (rmm.digitalonellc.com). This policy explains what the App sends, when, and why.

What we collect

• Device information: device name and model, Android version, battery level, storage, and network details (such as IP and Wi‑Fi name), so a technician can identify and troubleshoot your device.
• A random device ID and wake-up channel ID created by the App, used only to reach your device for support.
• Support session content: your screen, files, or terminal output only while you have allowed a technician to view or control them. We do not record sessions unless we tell you first.

When data is sent

• The App keeps one encrypted connection to our server so we can help you when you need it. While idle it sends only small "still here" signals and the device information above.
• Screen, control, file, and terminal data move only during a support session you approve.
• Our server may send a small wake-up signal or a message from your technician to the App. These come from our own server, not Google or any other push service.

Accessibility Service

If you turn it on, the App uses Android's Accessibility Service only so a technician can tap, swipe, and type on your device during a support session you allow. It is not used to collect personal data, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings > Accessibility.

What we don't do

• No ads and no advertising IDs.
• We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except as required by law.
• No third-party analytics or tracking.

Security and retention

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Device records stay on our server while you are a customer. Pending wake-up messages are deleted after 2 hours. Uninstall the App or contact us to have your device removed.

Your choices

You can stop a session, turn off remote control, disconnect, or uninstall the App at any time. To ask what we hold about you or to delete it, contact us.
